Robert Cozine founded C4 Protection with a clear vision: to build a leading force in the security industry. As CEO, he directs the company’s day-to-day operations and sets the standard for service and leadership. With a strong background in law enforcement, private security, and business, Robert brings valuable expertise in threat mitigation, security protocols, and strategic growth. His close ties with law enforcement enhance collaboration and support both account development and long-term client partnerships. Outside of C4, he has provided executive protection for high-profile clients across various industries. Known for his integrity and professionalism, Robert remains deeply involved in the community as a public servant, entrepreneur, and dedicated family man.    

Esmeralda Cozine oversees all administrative and financial operations. As a founding partner of C4 Protection, she brings over to us 15 years of experience from a fast-paced legal environment and Business Administration education from the University of La Verne.  Her leadership and dedication continues to drive the company’s growth, client relationships, and community impact.
