   Robert Cozine founded C4 Protection with a vision of making it a prominent organization within the industry. As the CEO, he is positioned to lead the forefront of the company and oversee the day-to-day operations. His diverse  background in law enforcement, security, and business provides  us knowledge in the areas of security protocols, threat mitigation, and strong leadership. His involvement strengthens the liaison with other law enforcement colleagues, and contributes in the areas of account acquisitions, along with maintaining good client partnerships. When off duty, he has provided executive protection services for several high-profile clients in various industries. He is a man of integrity with a respectable reputation, and maintains an active role in the community as a public servant, entrepreneur, and a family man. 

Esmeralda Cozine oversees all of C4's financial and accounting operations. 

She has many years of experience in the areas of Business Management. Her management skill set was developed while working a  demanding career for Law Firm, and at the same time being a full-time student at the University of La Verne, where  she developed an interest in Business Administration.

After 15 years of working at the law firm, she decided to take her experience to the next level, and become a founding partner at C4 Protection. Her leadership skills have allowed her to achieve early-on success and continue to be committed to our team, our client partnerships, and the communities we serve
